The land of Fragoria is not completely deserted but on the contrary you will be surprised with the presence of people in different places of the land standing or waiving or involving in dealing or some even giving assignments/quests to players. They are called NPC
NPC - Non-Player Character, NPC. Friendly or neutral to the player character. They are system-controlled characters that players must interact with in order to trade, receive information, or perform quests.
